We saw a lot of great stuff at the cert this past weekend but this was definately memorable.  Darren M., owner of CrossFit Manitoba Deadlifts 500lbs for 5 reps!  The coolest part is how EASY it looked!

How strong are you?  Better question:  what are you doing to get stronger?

And how funny is it that it looks like Jonny is staring at Darren’s ass the whole time!!!
