Let’s make one thing clear - being an “athlete” is NOT a prerequisite for participation in our Sport Conditioning program. We call it Sport Conditioning because we train you like an elite athlete. After all, what they do must work because they are the fittest people on the planet.
So what exactly do we do differently? Almost everything.
To explain what we do in our classes would be impossible and wouldn’t do them justice. There is no way to describe them and even if we could, you wouldn’t believe us. In order to understand our methods you must experience them for yourself.
Suffice it to say that we start every class with a Dynamic Warm-Up and where it goes from there varies on whatever the emphasis is for that day – Speed, Power, Agility, Quickness, Strength… the list goes on. And yes, the workouts change EVERY day. No chance to get bored, no danger of plateaus.
Following the warm-up, a Strength and Conditioning Coach will take the participants through several drills and skills utilizing many different methods and tools focusing on different aspects of the 10 Fitness Domains. Following all of this the class will undertake a CrossFit Workout. Yes, AFTER all of that.
Regardless of athletic ability the Sport Conditioning Program is suitable for anyone willing to put in the effort – there are no free rides and if you believe in what we do, you wouldn’t want one anyway. However, some people may not be able to handle the intensity of the group sessions and may be advised to make use of Personal Training. You will still participate in the same program but at a less intense level more appropriate to your current fitness. In time of course you will be able to join the regular group sessions.
