Double Unders

I’ve seen a lot of people around the box practicing their double unders and there is definately progress being made.  For those of you that have been working other skills and haven’t had the chance to get some coaching on their doubles, here you go.  Who better to learn from then one of the world’s best - Buddy Lee.

Remember guys, its not how high you can pull up your knees, its how fast you spin the rope.  The “Power Jump” is through the calves…you’re not trying to tuck jump.
