In case you missed it, the 2010 CrossFit Games were this past weekend and all in all it was a great event! Lost of competitors, fans and hard work. Got to give props to Rogue Fitness, the parent equipment company for Rogue Fitness Canada down in the US for getting the wickedest gear around to the Games.

Those workouts were intense. I was so impressed with the technical nature of the movements and the speed with which some of the competitors managed to bust through them.
Ring handstand push ups? Dude.
