Some of you have recently seen me doing Burpee-Pull ups after the wod....I have had a few questions regarding exactly why I am doing this.......and kam told me to put it up on the forum so I could track my progress. My goal for the new year (sometime in Jan) is to complete G.I. JANE....100 Burpee-Pull ups for time.
My current plan is to do 25 BPU's after each workout and increase that number by 5 each week until the new year and then try to complete the 100.
