It figures. I guess we’ll just chalk another one up for CrossFit.Â
These two signs taken from your friendly neighborhood “Health” Club just show how little health clubs actually know about health. I sometimes have a hard time believing that these places exist and make money when such blatant disregard for full body movements is employed.Â
One day maybe they’ll get it…ahhh, who am i kidding? If they do then they’ll have to actually hire more than 2 people with some sort of a clue.
