I met Kyle Maynard at the CrossFit Affiliate Conference this past weekend. He truly is an amazing man that believes he can accomplish ANYTHING. He was one of our featured speakers and shared many stories that I believe would have cause many to quit. He has been featured on Oprah, Larry King, Howard Stern and many other programs…he has even been in an Ambercrombie & Fitch photoshoot!
Kyle has wrestled at the collegiate level and will compete in his first Mixed Martial Arts match this April. He is also the author of a book which is fittingly entitled “No Excuses”.
And by the way, he is a CrossFitter. Surprised? I didn’t think so. He is Level 1 CrossFit Certified and runs his own Affiliate.
