And below is what he has been doing for the last month and a half…
I’m not talking about the resting (or in this case the recovering post WOD) - I’m talking about pushing himself to his limits. Mark has come a long way in a short time and has some numbers to prove it. In this short period he has lowered his resting heart rate by 16 BEATS PER MINUTE! If that means nothing to you, it should. That is huge…lifesaving huge. Fantastic Mark!
I can’t wait for more people to go for their annual checkups and shock the hell out of their doctors. Forget pills…all you need is a little SPARK.
