“Rip” - A CrossFit Icon

Next week Mark Rippetoe, author of “Starting Strength” will not only be in Canada, he will be at SPARK.  We worked hard to get him here and finally its happening.  Along with a team of other trainers Rip will be putting on the CrossFit Basic Barbell Certification in our facility.  Focus is on the squat, the deadlift, the press (bench and overhead) and the powerclean.

As your trainers we are always trying to learn and expand our expertise to serve all of you.  We appreciate your patience as our doors will be closed next weekend so we can improve ourselves.  You will definately reap the rewards of this amazing weekend.


Family Day Classes:

On Monday the 16th we will hold weekend class times ONLY: 9am, 10am, 11am and 12pm
