There is no secret to the “tough” or as I like to call them, the “technical” movements. You must practice, practice, practice. Frustration is immanent but you have to just keep trying. Simon, in the video above, made muscle ups his goat…and now its time for Simon to chase something else! Great job Simon!
I will tell you this though, try not to have too many things on the go because you’ll wind up getting a little practice at a lot of things instead of a lot of practice at one thing. Once mastered (or at least proficient) you can set your sights on a new goat.
