Thanks Rip!
Just wanted to take a second and thank Mark Rippetoe and his crew for coming up here and putting on the Barbell Cert. We all learned a lot and I can’t wait to use my new tools coaching. Thanks to everyone that came and sold it out. It was a pleasure to meet all of you and coach you and be coached by you. I hope I see you all again at SPARK’s upcoming certs!
This is a picture of Rip signing Canada’s first Burgener and Rippetoe Bar. I can’t wait till Mike Burgener comes up with his team in April so he can sign the other end…I wonder what that would fetch on E Bay? Just kidding! That bar is going on the wall for sure!
