For those of you that don’t check out CrossFit.com I thought I would put this here for you to check out because it is probably one of the best CrossFit videos ever made.  “CrossFit by Overload” is known for his great vids but he definatley outdid himself on this one.

This was shown to all of us at the Affiliate Conference before it was put on the mainpage and the response was amazing.  People laughed, they cheered and yes they cried.  There is a lot of history in this video…too much to get into but if you want to know more please ask me next time we cross paths.  You know me, I never get tired of talking about CrossFit!
