Tried ‘Linda’ for the first time…and it was trouble from the get go.
Got through a couple rounds, then had to knock down the weight on the deadlifts. Glad I tried it, but now I can throw deadlifts to my ever-growing list of ‘Goats’.
Tackled Brownie for the first time. 33:47. Wow. That one was rough.
I think I could have gone a bit quicker if I didn’t have to keep running back to the board to figure out what to do next! Too many elements in that one!
Thanks Cam, for making it “pick a benchmark…but make it one you really don’t like” day. That was definitely reason enough to subject myself to a hellacious workout.

& dont get down “Linda” by all means is not an easy workout.
oh, bring that spread of you in that muscle mag back in again. alot of people around the gym would love to see it if you don’t mind
