Workout of the Day:

In Teams of Two…Reverse Ladder Style (7-7, 6-6, 5-5…)

  • 7 Deadlifts  185lbs / 125lbs
  • 7 Front & Back Burpees
  • 40m Bear Crawl

2 rounds for time

I must say guys I was extremely impressed with everyone yesterday.  It was loud, it was fun and people were busting ass!

    This was a really good one. I hadn’t been in for a partner WOD in a while, and I always find them really enjoyable.

    Those front-to-back burpees took a lot more time than I expected. Rough!

    Great job today guys!

    Was awesome to watch everyone bust a$$.
    Would live to do this one as a partner competition. Going head to head with another pairing would seriously push people to the limits

    I had so much fun with this workout. My partner Chris is a good few years younger than me and a real athlete. He kept me going hard, with short rests. I really love these partner WOD’s because you’re forced to engage with and motivate other people!!
