Working Out TOGETHER
I love seeing couples working out together…and not just couples but family, spouses, parents and children and of course, friends.
Oh sure, lots of couples work out together.Â
And by “together” I mean they enter the GloboGym at around the same time and walk to the locker room. They then spend an hour or two under the same roof haphazardly passing one another in between the treadmills and bicep curl machines and then leave together. If that’s your idea of “together” then I would also guess your idea of working out is probably hamster-ing on a treadmill and doing a few reps on the leg press. Both of which are about as effective as NAILING DIARRHEA TO THE WALL!
REMINDER: SPARK will be closed Feb 21 & 22 for CrossFit Basic Barbell Certification. Check the site on those days for a workout that can be done at home.
